All sales at Essenza Luxe Jewelry are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds or store credit.
What this covers
This applies to every item we sell, including colognes that have been opened or used, all jewelry, bags, and any other products. There is no time window for returns because we do not accept them.
Check your order at pickup
Orders are paid online and picked up at the store, so please look over your items when you collect them. If you have a question before you buy, call or email us first and we will be glad to help you choose.
